Offensive subjects (elaborate): Buddy, I'm playing a Mortal Kombat character. It's pretty much all good. (That being said, neither I nor Cassie believe in punching down).

Flirting with this character: Oh, definitely. She's not shy.
Fighting with this character: Her entire franchise literally revolves around it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Nothing's off limits as long as it fits the story and flow of the RP. Again, Mortal Kombat character, this shit is her bag.
Killing this character: Yes, for the same reasons as above.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: This can be done, but only with either permission or some sort of fallout/consequences. She really, REALLY wouldn't like this owing to her past experience.

Warnings: I'm absolutely cool with scaling back if ultraviolence isn't your jam - Cassie also has snark going for her. But understand that she's from a franchise where people rip limbs off on the regular. KCombat threads could get grisly (though friendly sparring is likely to be incident-free).

AU Week in Milliways: Assassin of Outworld

After barely surviving invasion attempts by Shinnok and Shao Kahn, the forces of Earthrealm are depleted. A swift victory over Mileena in the Outworld Civil War has put Kotal Kahn, the Emperor of Outworld, in a position of strength. He makes a veiled threat in the form of a request: in exchange for eternal peace between the realms, Earthrealm will offer him annual tribute. To ensure their compliance, Cassandra Cage, the daughter of two of Earthrealm's champions, is to be raised as his ward.

To the sorrow of Johnny and Sonya, Earthrealm accepts. From the time she is six years old, she is raised by Kotal Kahn and trained in the art of kombat. From the age of majority, she serves as the Kahn's personal assassin.

This Cassie is colder and more hardened than the one you know. She still has a considerable amount of wit, but her putdowns tend to be more withering and insulting. She is both resentful and understanding of how she was raised, but now, not only does she have to live up to the expectations of who her parents are, but also the very real obligations of her duties to the Kahn.

Post-Exit

From the Bar to the armory to Group HQ is about a five minute walk at a regular pace. Cassie makes it there in three, with a fat dossier full of notes, pictures, and other intel cradled underneath her arm.

"I need to see General Blade. I have urgent information for her. And before you stop to tell me whatever it is she's doing right now, it is at least a thousand times more important than that."

The guard at the door crosses his arms. "If you've got new intel, you can take it up with -"

"No. The General needs to hear this herself."

He scowls.

"Look, Gomez," Cassie says. "You know how it is. If I'm wrong, it's my ass, not yours. Just let me in, alright?"

He shrugs. "Suit yourself, Cage."
